  • Working with me you can expect to feel safe, heard and challenged. I am here to support you and also to encourage you to reach beyond your comfort zone. Change requires stepping into the unknown which can be a little scary. You won’t be alone. I am here to guide you the whole way.

  • The first session is really about getting to know a bit about you.

    -Have you had previous therapy? If so, what was helpful and what wasn’t?

    -What brings you to therapy at this time?

    -What are you hoping to get from therapy?

    -What are your interests?

  • I currently charge $200 for an hour. I do offer a sliding scale.

  • There is no HST charge

  • I accept e-transfer and cash.

  • My cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice otherwise you will be charged the full fee. Of course, in case of an emergency, you will not be billed.

  • As a registered social worker (RSW) my fees are covered by many insurance companies such as Sunlife, Manulife, and Canada Life. If you are unsure if you have the coverage you can check with your insurance provider.
